Standard Agreements For the UK Offshore Oil & Gas Industry The Standard Agreements for the UK Offshore Oil and Gas Industry have been developed by Oil & Gas UK and are issued for use within the industry.   Standardisation of agreements is an important part of the industry’s objective to help simplify the operational and transactional procedures and save costs. It is hoped that regular use of the Confidentiality Agreement and the Transaction Agreements together with the Master Deed, will greatly facilitate the license trading process for all parties concerned, and therefore be of real benefit to the industry as a whole.
