Purpose
Standardisation of agreements between parties is an important part of the government and industry’s objective to help simplify the operational and transactional procedures and save costs, as indicated in the Commercial Code of Practice.

Standard Contracts
In contrast to standard agreements which are for use by all licensees, standard contracts are issued by Oil & Gas UK subsidiary, LOGIC, for use between clients and contractors to simplify procedures and reduce legal costs. You can access standard contracts at the LOGIC website.
