Trisha O'Reilly
Trisha O’Reilly joined the UK Offshore Operators Association (UKOOA) in 1998 as a founder member of the organisation’s communications team. She set up and ran the association’s press office until April 2007 when, on UKOOA’s relaunch as Oil & Gas UK, she became Director of Communications.
Trisha has over 20 years’ experience in communications and public relations. Before joining the offshore oil and gas industry, she spent eight years with the London Docklands Development Corporation, the UK government’s 1990s flagship urban regeneration project. Her early training was with a series of London public relations consultancies where she worked on a range of business-to-business and consumer accounts.
Trisha graduated in Linguistic and International Studies from the University of Surrey and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. She is a Trustee of the Aberdeen Oil Industry Chaplaincy Trust.
